This is my own recipe! (I don't have many.) I call it the Dwarven Sandwich because I think that dwarves would like how it tastes. It is sweet, bitter, and dark.
Partially burn two slices of Ezekiel Raisin Bread (sprouted bread that I'm counting as a whole food because of its high fiber content).
Smear sunflower or peanut butter on one slice.
Put a blob of molasses on the other.
Place 6-9 probiotic prunes on one or the other pieces of bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Stack the two slices, like a sandwich, and cut in half.
