It is an experiment. What would happen if I renounced almost all distractions and learned to live with what was left?
Current renunciations are:
Flirting and new relationships
Processed foods (and working on eliminating sugar)
Meat and diary
Alcohol and drugs
Cigarettes and coffee
Spending money (especially on larger purchases)
Travel (for the moment) and moving cities
Not yet renounced:
Social media, movies, music, audiobooks, etc.
Playing music
Driving cars
Improv theater (watching and performing)
Talking and writing long letters
Living in a house
